David was born and raised in southern Maine in the town of Gray where he and his wife Amy also raised their family. David was born and raised in southern Maine in the town of Gray where he and his wife Amy also raised their family. After a 25-year career in facilities management and retail construction with Cole Haan (a former subsidiary of Nike) David and Amy decided to move to the Moosehead Lake region in 2014 where he started a successful construction business. With a keen eye for detail including building design and construction, David's experience and knowledge in the field will help clients better navigate through the process of buying or selling.

As a registered Master Maine Guide, David is passionate about the outdoors including hunting, fishing, kayaking, hiking and all other outdoor activities the great state of Maine has to offer.

David and Amy now split their time between Moosehead Lake and the Belgrade Lakes and focus their real estate services on these lake communities and beyond!
